ROTOWOOD is the result of years of experience and innovation. It is an electronic working center for the production of window frames which can produce, according to its composition, from 30 to 80 window frames a day, completely finished both in the tenoning and profiling side.

 

MANUAL LOADING OF THE PIECES ON THE PLIER

With this plier device you can work 2 pieces at the time; this ensures a productivity of about 4 pieces every minute.
The plier, in the direction of the operator, ensures an easy loading of the pieces.

 

AUTOMATIC LOADING OF THE PIECES FROM THE TENONING TO THE PROFILING SIDE

As long as the pieces enter the profiling side, the tenoning side loads other 2 pieces, which are tenoned on both sides. This process
ensures quick workings, a higher production capacity and a reduction of the mistakes due to the automatic introduction of the pieces into the profiling side.

 

AUTOMATIC ROTATION OF 1 OR 2 PIECES

Automatic rotation of 1 or 2 pieces from 250 to 3200 mm, with automatic introduction of the pieces in the profiling side.

OBLIQUE TENONING OPERATIONS

With the working centre Rotowood you can realize +/-60° tilted tenons, just recalling the pre set-up program..

 

SQUARING OPERATIONS ON THE TENONING SIDE

Squaring of top part of sashes in tenoning side with automatic introduction of the pieces into the profiling side. Enlarged fibroid table to support doors and windows of big dimensions.

 

TENONING CARRIAGE

Sliding of the tenoning carriage on linear guides with rack drive. A brushless motor ensures a right interpolation to do workings on the pantograph.

 

LEFT SPINDLE WITH COUNTERGUIDE

With one or more left spindles you can obtain pieces already profiled on both sides, ready to be assembled.

 

CHARGING AND DISCHARGING TABLE

Table for the automatic unload of the pieces so that the operator can assemble them.

 

TOOL CHANGE PANTOGRAPH

Tool stock of 12 stations to lodge drill bits and aggregates with angular trows for drilling and milling. Possible operations:

  • Glass stop beam cutting +/- 45°
  • Keyholes cylinders drilling
  • Seats, hing double opening sash drilling
  • Pins on transom and upright in three sides drillings

 

AUTOMATIC INTEGRATED TOOL CHANGE SYSTEM

TELE ASSISTANCE

At the base of its working system there are simplicity and functionality, combined to high-productivity, in reduced working space. You can also rely on a Tele-assistance service, which allows the operator to run the machine and to transmit the data through a on-line RS232 connection.
